If all 3 managers (SAF,DM, LVG) doesn't start Kagawa frequently, surely there is something wrong with him. To me, Kagawa is overrated and lazy. Nuff said. I am still in awe that there is no buyer for him yet.

The CM post has been our weaklink since Scholes retired. Til today, no improvements. Not sure how much of an impact Herrera will bring but he needs time to adapt judging by his first game.

I think it's unfair to judge Smalling-Jones-Blackett for now. They are relatively young and inexperienced let alone playing in an unfamiliar formation with scarce defensive cover from midfield leaving them exposed and vulnerable. I felt that Jones should tone down on his attacking and focus on staying behind because he is always leaving gaps at the back and his position was all over the place.

Yup. Smalling is still a nervous wreck to me. Probably will develop more over time but he seems uncomfortable at the centre-right position, as always. I think he suits the centre role better due to his height

I somehow feel the 352 formation doesn't work well in England, nevertheless I still trust LVG to make things right. There are plenty of mediocre players in our squad, we are never known to field an 'all-star' team anyway. Just the matter of how these 'mediocre' players adapt to the new manager's tactic, that is another thing.

Hopefully things will change soon.
