The 3 behind did just enough for us to not lose .. Not convinced at all , they're still young , hopefully Rojo Evans Jones can do well this season .

Our CM was bad today ( again ) . We don't need di Maria as much as we need a new CM , rather spend the money on good CM .

Attack was meh , mostly due to weak CM . RVP got no supply , Rooney kind of needs to be like 7-8 years ago where he just runs at defenders and shoot .

Valencia Mata Jones was average , others were sub par today . Not sure why Januzaj played as a CM tho , Kagawa would have done a better job , or heck , Rooney .

Anyway , I think this formation is not working out . The only reason I see us doing this is because of Rooney RvP Mata . If we go back to our usual 4-4-2 / 4-4-1-1 , one of them won't get a chance to play .

Feels like another desperate move from last season ; overpriced Fellaini , mata when we have Rooney & Kagawa as #10 .

If its true that we will get Di Maria , I don't think we will sign any more high profile players or we'll end up like city few seasons back ..
