if not mistaken due to financial fair play rules so have to loan first for first season.

With the transfer window closed, Manutd senior squad is reduced to only 22 players. There was a report earlier stating that Van Gaal only wanted a small squad of 20+ players as this year, they only have the BPL and FA Cup. Thus, with this group of players, I think Manutd should be able to get back into the Top 4.

Hopefully, during the Winter Transfer window, Manutd will be able to off-load Anderson and get Kevin Strootman. By doing so, I think the team has enough qualities to challenge for Top 4 in BPL and the FA Cup.

GK – De Gea & Lindegaard

DF – Rafael, Shaw, Jones, Rojo, Evans, Smalling, & Blind

MF – Di Maria, Mata, Januzaj, Carrick, Young, Herrera, Fletcher, Valencia, Anderson, & Fellaini

The only problem I see now is how long it takes for the team to gel together, and hopefully no injuries problem.

If everything goes well, by end of this season,  Manutd will be in Top 4, and can buy more players or hopefully some of the players out on-loan will becomes better, in order to prepare for next year CL.
