does anybody knows what sort of questions are going to be asked for the post of senior system engineer?. thanks..

uhm, how can you manage certain situations like

i) junior systems engineer cannot handle the case, what would you do
ii) how you arrange resources for a task
iii) technical experiences
iv) how many engineers you have manage before

tq..does the interviewer will ask about the practical part? i mean is there any possibility that we have to demo something?

1. How many subordinates u have currently?
2. Do you have any experience in handling subordinate?

Of course there is. If your junior doesn't know how to do something you'll have to show him how right ?
