Hi, i'm using RHB basic current account since 2010. As u know, if your average balance is not reach RM1000 and above, the bank will charge RM10.00 for every 6 months because it is the guideline from bank negara on 2005 and all basic current/saving account guideline such as charge and minimum 1st deposit is tailored by Bank Negara if i not mistake.

However, based on my transaction, on June 2014, they charge me for RM10 with stated "service charge". Last month, they start charge me with "interest charge" for RM5.00.

The branch never call me and I had never receive any notice from them.

Yes, i can put RM1000.00 to my account, but as a customer, i feel this is not fair.

Should i lodge this to Bank Negara?
