one story about my steelseries rival. my rival side rubber was wearing off after just 2 months use. sent an email to complaint and they ask me to send back to DENMARK to RMA. DHL quoted me 200 bucks to ship to DENMARK, which is about the same for me to buy new mouse. did feedback them i decide not to rma this way since too expensive, and ask if i can send to depot within the region. guess what, they just directly send me a new mouse without having me to send the old one back. awesome, just plain awesome after sales service!
