In my opinion, if you are thinking to resell for value then you should forget about getting any item from Valve market because you won't earn any profit unless Valve decided to take it down from the market just like the alpine ursa set. However, it's alright to buy for personal use, as if you are a fan of playing hero like POTM and Lich, since the mount is so cool with effect like terrorblade.  You will get all the item once you purchase the compendium, no stretch goal is needed.
