Can someone here help me fix my dota 2 fps?

My notebook spec;
Msi GE60 2PC apache
GTX 850M 2gb
4gb RAM
1TB HDD

The problem is i always got constant 30 fps
Regardless if its on low, medium, or high settings

Any solution on this?
