Nope. We are Pasukan Panglima(Pang5), basically nobody. After months trying to form a team, we finally got our 5th player 2 weeks ago.

I just got back from Rakan Muda tournament, my first LAN in 2 years. Lost to ex-Arrow team, now have to climb back from losers bracket. The who2bet squad that got 3rd place last week also participates in this Rakan Muda tournament. I think winning against them is possible since we won every game against them in scrim this week. I just hope we don't choke tomorrow. In LAN, the pressure is real.

I don't believe treating people the way you mentioned is the right way. If you ask anybody who played under my me, i can guarantee you that most of them will tell you this; not once did i scold them when they make mistakes. Whenever someone play under me, i want them to trust me, but trust is not free. If i want to earn that trust, i have to give it to them first. I have to trust them to learn from their mistakes, i have to trust their judgement before i get something in return.

If you want to see your teammates true character, see how they act when everything go wrong. I strongly believe that most other aspiring team can't handle pressure like ours, because i already took away the pressure from my teammates. Every time we lost i will try to control my emotion and handle myself with dignity. I strongly believe that a person who can persevere despite disappointment after disappointment are the one with true strength. Those who always find excuses and blame others are the one that have it easy imo.

I'm not trying to argue with you btw. I just want to share my perspective with other forumers.

talking about SMM did they quit helding Dota tournament? Malaysia just started only lah...Selangor govn sponsoring is a good sign but will they continue this act is still unknown..

Guess SMM just stop after Dota 2 launched. We dont need to depend on Govt to sponsor. Why not find those gaming manufacturers to sponsor? Im sure they are very interested. Most tournaments overseas are sponsored by them.

How I wish I had time and the team to organize a grand tourney in Malaysia....
