I really dislike sniper pickers unless the team has very good support and ganking heroes... If not sniper will eventually feed from early-mid game as he doesnt have any escape mechanism/disable skills...

But of course he is very easy to play and new players tend to pick him as he was part of the tutorial as well if im not mistaken

Make sense.... Must be combination of a few things.. like exp, gold, how far from the fountain you are, no action issued, no movement etc

Its good that this system is implemented, Im sure volvo set a fair amount of time before you get abandon if no exp was gained.. Even defending, creeps will be at your base, no reason for you to not gain exp.

From there on, just throw hooks only.. Once u played long enough, u will know how to hook by instinct... prediction of enemy movements and of course you need to know areas where you can hide and hook...

Yes it trains you in that game as hook can be thrown whenever its out of cooldown.. So u can throw hundreds of them without worrying about mana etc....
