yea the new map really encourage more teamplay than just solo farming type...
but not all the ppl realize and they go full farm whole game - -" sad to team with such ppl at ranked mmr :/

i believe there is some web to bet cash for d2 as well..maybe they did bet there for the 322 case @@" instead of just items
