As per topic, I haven't checked but just curious...all those old organs required for Infernal Machine..still useful or we need to get new ones?

Keep them.
Convert them to infernal machines. It only occupies 1 slot.

You can go kill uber bosses when you feel bored rifting or doing bounty.

Organs bro..not keys...

Anyway..the only use for those organs is to make HR for the 35% bonus exp. Great for PL..Otherwise totally useless cause the rolls are at level 60 which will be outpawned by a rare level 70.

Use up all the organs to craft HF.
You might get a tri-fecta ring for your followers.

so the stat on the HR got huge different after so many updates and patches?

Few people use HR nowadays.
Most people do not care about XP or paragon level.
Level 70 Leoric's Signet is better than level 60 HR.

Eh, actually I was about to ask that as well LOL Old keys leh?

I guess everything new must use new keys anyway. But I guess no one else does uber these days?
