Suggest a cheap android (or other phones with different OS) that is easy to use by old folks (my mum) and has basic feature like WhatsApp/Telegram.

I went around mall today, found within budget phone Vivo Y15 and Oppo Joy. Not sure if the quality of these phones match but I do like the size and weight. Opinion?
