I think I saw a pre-owned copy of Pokemon X for sale at Gamer's Hideout Mid Valley yesterday. You could try calling them to see if it's for sale.

For certain pokemon (Mew, Darkrai, Arceus and Genesect) in the Mythical Collection, you need to get it through a code.

South East Asia had their own ways of getting the code. At present the Darkrai code is being distributed for pre-ordering Pokemon Sun or Moon.

For the other pokemon in the Mythical Collection, you can get it via Wi-Fi.

In case you missed it (NA region), the code "Darkrai20" will get you the 20th Anniversary Darkrai.

I actually just ordered my copy of Sun from Impulse over the weekend and told them I would collect it from the KDU event. I think they are still taking orders if you want to pre-order
