try to breed some 4/5IVs or shiny pokemon then, some people would love to trade it off with those

Yes, subscription required, otherwise you can't transfer. Probably will work for vii games, as if not it is pointless to keep in Pokemon Bank if can't transfer to next gen

I got 5IVs Goomy, mainly with Gooey/few with Hydration/Sap Sipper and Modest Nature. (EM: Iron Tails/Poison Tail/Curse/Counter)
Breeding an adamant Smeargle (Mainly technician) for catcher now, got quite a few with 5IVs too. Other than that, I don't have any for trade as I lost my file and replay again.
