BATTLE FORMAT: Normal Rules 6v6 Singles Battle.

Special Rules:
1. Gym Leader must use up to 3 Electric Pokemons and 3 Water Pokemons.
2. If the Gym Leader uses a Pokemon that has both Electric and Water type, he may use a wild card (Any Pokemon type) as his 6th Pokemon.
3. Pokemons with Total Base Stat of over 600 are banned.
4. Species Clause: Unique species only in team. (Example: Cannot have two garchomps in the team)
5. Sleep Clause: Only sleep 1 pokemon at a time.
6. Evasion Clause: No Evasion boost move like double team, minimize etc
7. Item Clause: There can't be a duplicate held item in the team. However you may switch the held item before every match.

Dive Ball
EV: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed and 4 HP.
IV: 31/X/31/31/31/31
Moveset: Water Pulse/Signal Beam/Dragon Breath/Flail
Ability: Sniper/Poison Point

Still no shiny...

Pre-evolved form learns moves faster.
For example: Bulbasaur learns Razor Leaf at Lv19 while Ivysaur learns Razor Leaf at Lv20.
Dont think it matters for eevees as their movesets would be totally different.
Unless u wanna use a moveset from the eevee form.

Shiny charm is pretty easy to get with GTS. We can help you out here as well

Stats will not be affected. Base stats are fixed based on the evolution stage. extra stats are fixed no matter its evolved or not.

I can help with touch trade if i have them.

5) All participants will receive a mystery prize. Top 3 battlers with the best score gets an extra mystery prize.

If u use a charizard, u can use a 2nd charmander/charmeleon/charizard in ur team. (no duplicate species)
Sleep clause means u can only sleep 1 of opponent's pokemon at a time.
