Go Ace Hardware and buy 4 cans of plastidip and DIY. Much much cheaper.

i know one shop called Crayon can do that nearby AEON AU2...
many expensive car including lambo using their service so i think maybe the workmanship is good... EDIT : btw they spray the whole body but am sure the shop also accept rims too... btw, near with my house got workshop sell plastidip spray... but not sure which brand... plastidip mine almost a year ago and it is still quite lasting. except for the corners when i change wheel and it was torn a bit when changing the wheels (as my tyre burst in the middle of the road)

it's easy to DIY dip rims actually. Just use a big garbage bag n use it to cover the brake. Arm Length distance, spray on the rims. first two should be fairly quick just to set some coverage so the back few dip run will bond with the dip.. from 3rd ~ 5th/6th layer preferable slightly thicker and spray a bit slower for perfect dip job

You can also use the plastidip glossifer to enhance the finish and make it shiny.
