Uninstall all wireless broadband device driver including the dial up program eg. Maxis, Digi, Clecom, Vodaphone, blah blah. Unplug modem. Restart PC.

Plug in modem and the built in driver and software will reinstall everything.

Ok try this. Uninstall the same method. Now reboot into safe mode. Got to device manager and remove all the found items with exclamation marks. Restart and install again.

that device were include driver which can open and install without 3rd party driver.
BUT, sometimes happen when the device were not installed as normal.
my suggestion, u have to find other machines maybe 1 or 2 machine until
u can found machine that can open the installer folder when u plug in the device.
Copy all the installer file inside the folder and put into a usb drive/pendrive.
Install that software/driver manually in the problematic machine.
good luck..
