hmm.. I think LYG has been wrong. This area is not matured yet for new development. Need to wait another 10 years.

To lowyat:

1) can lowyat also answer us on the court case for the interchg issue? If the court case drag on for yrs which it can, it is going go be real problematic with the current existing roads available with no interchg. Thks.

2) Today too, I happen to talk to one of the resident of GVP. This person told me they hv been staying at GVP for more than 10 years. I was informed that till now, lowyat is still holding on to the master title and it has not been converted to individual title yet. There seems to be some challenges unresolved causing the residents to not be able to get their individual title.
I m new to buying house property so i do hv my concern why it is taking so long to get individual title.
If lowyat can address these, i will be very happy. I am still in the midst of deciding whether it will be good to settle in BTP as it seems to hv so much of challenges in getting all the proper infrasturcture and conveniences up in BTP.

We have not suggested the 2 theme park malls. What we have mentioned was that in our commercial centre we will be inviting hypermarkets such as Tesco, Mydin etc to set up business in the commercial area which will also have other operators. There will be a slight delay but not 'years' as you have mentioned. We will keep all posted on any new development.

On the matter of individual QTs, let us explained that each subdivided development has its block title. There was a delay previously as the land office could not process expeditiously the issuance of titles (there were thousands of titles), and part of the delay was also due to the missing titles and documents that were misplaced. For your information for each block title there are usually about one thousand QTs that will eventually be issued. This happened many years ago. Now we have managed to resolve most of the problems and we believed majority of the old blocks have already obtained their QTs. Previously it was done manually, now it should be faster due to the computerized system.

2. Is that any plan to do entrance statement (same as our main grand entrance) at the area round in blue. I will be easier for visitor and resident as well from each direction.

3. When the road (highlighted in green) will be upgraded to four lane dual carrier as per others road upgrade in this township.

4. Is that any plan or project awarded for landscaping upgrade at this whole township especially along Jalan Tasik Puteri, Jalan Lembah Hijau and Persiaran Tan Sri Low Yow Chuan. The oil palm trees are not suitable along this mention road. Better if this road has same types of trees and landscaping. I will improve this township standard (check Emerald main road landscape)

5. Is LYG having any plan to improve the BTP Golf and Country Club entrance statement and complete with light at the entrance for easy accessibility?

6. Why LYG doesn’t want to upgrade the whole township signboard and only focus for new project. If visitor want to go to BTP 15, 17, 18, 27, 28 29 how? No clear signboard and no clear entrance statement. LYG must follow same standard for all block in BTP (as per sample attached)

7. Does LYG know about any plan by local council (MPS) for road upgrade Jalan BTP-Kundang from 2 lanes to 50meter road? What are the exact name of this road and no road signboard of this road?

8. Regarding the issue of Unifi at this township, previously LYG admin suggest us to send request to TM, when it will be done. According to TM, they will bring us Unifi service if they have more than xx request for that particular area. Can I know how many users TM expected from BTP to make sure Unifi service available for this township?

9. Can I know the land between Jalan BTP-Kundang and BTP border is belong to whom? Currently been used for agriculture purpose.  What is the security measurement at all BTP border since anyone can access even if you not using transport.

10. Before the entrance to BTP show gallery, have private access road belong to LYG and have small signboard shown memorial garden. Can I know what exactly this location is?

11. The commercial land along Jalan Tasik Puteri will be heart of this township. Few investor already plan to expand their business at BTP. As i know it will be
  - Caltex Petrol Station (with KFC drive thru)
  - Shell Petrol Station
  - Showroom (can we know what showroom eg car, furniture)
  - Private School (Waldorf International School) - why MOE reject their request
  - Shopping mall (why LYG not build their own shopping mall and lease it, LYG have experience managing mall)

12. Heard from sales agent, their will be Chinese school in this township, where is the location?
