Looks like lowyat group is planning aggressively this time. My worry is just this:

1. New private university - will invite foreigners into this area especially the African and disturb the peace currently enjoyed by the residents. But with security in place, I think this is minor problem.

2. The main problem is, with increasing residential project being launched, the primary schools will not be able to cope. Currently there are 2500 students in SK BTP and 1600 in SK Tasik Puteri 2. This is too much crowded that some had to sent to SK Batu Arang. Is there any new primary school coming up?

I was wondering, who are the 6k people who is living in BTP right now? From previous phase of Garden Heights or other LYG's development?

A friend of mine is an agent for 'rumah lelong' and he told me there are quite a number of houses for auction in BTP. I hope this won't be the case for later phases of Garden Heights and Acacia Park, otherwise it will be a sore eye to see abandoned houses...

BTP is reviving due to the commissioning of LATAR Highway since 2011 which has been seen as catalyst to this township...those abandoned houses were built sometime in 2002. During those days, the only convenient access to KL is PLUS Highway via Rawang North toll and the congestion there was madness apart from the old Rawang Road that was still being upgraded and no flyover as you see today..

Hi greenCat - Our Acacia Park Phase 1 will be officially launched first half of November 2014. However, should you wish to select a unit and register an interest, you can do so by contacting our Sales Team at 603-6093 5188.

We will also be giving a sneak preview of our Acacia Park Phase 2 during the said launch. At this point of time, we are still finalizing the details and the pricing.

Hi Favo - Garden Heights Phase 2 is due to be handed over in November 2014. The houses are already completed physically, we are just awaiting some final approvals from SYABAS.

Our Credit Admin Team will be getting in touch with all purchasers to discuss the handover.

Hi kickasix - Besides the current shops in Medan Puteri, there are also completed shops in Green Valley Park (BTP28).

Medan Puteri 2 is due to start work soon and will be completed at approximately the same time as the completion of the BTP Interchange of the LATAR (Early - Mid 2016).

We will also soon be launching more shop-offices along the main road, adjacent to Medan Puteri and Medan Puteri 2.

Hi MyRiz - This is the million dollar question and we are constantly bringing this issue up during our dialogues with MPS. We will make an announcement once we get a definite date from them.

However, upon completion of the BTP Interchange in 2016, residents will not need to access the township via Jalan Batu Arang anymore.

Hi LYG, based on Bandar Tasik Puteri masterplan at btp website, have area that I highlighted still no construction been done yet. Can i know when it will be launch and LYG don't highlight this area. I believe it is residential development at btp 1b and commercial development at btp2. What is the red color highlighted area
