I guess these are the defect rectifying jobs done by LYG.

Pic 1-3. Yellow liquids (like gums) were leaking and solidifying around the walls of GH Phase 2 houses (31 Jan 2015).
Pic 4-6. The same places are painted nicely.

BTW, can anyone explain what is the yellow liquid/gum?

Mmm... It is fully flattend so far except the hills opposite Block 6. I was informed that the house building will be like in Garden Heights (terrace form).

Finally, treblecase joined us (LudiStyle, jagjeet1999 and keponggangster) as a family... Welcome to the animal kingdom and parrot family.

BTW, I was wondering why LudiStyle only share private matters in the forum? Anything relates with BTP development wanted to share with us? Or you want to increase the posts ah same like jagjeet1999 who like to provoke other?

This is a good suggestion. Hopefully, it will not cause misunderstanding among the other forum members.

I am sorry because my immature comments have caused so much of misunderstanding. I will try my best not to mention anyone's name and not to bring up private/personal issue. I simply wish to share and get more information as I am one among the concerned persons like other forum members in BTP township development.

To LudiStyle and those who concerned,

Forgive me if I have offended you. I sincerely hope that you could understand my feeling instead of sarcastically mentioned the word parrot/animal and publicly insulted me again and again. You might be reasoning yourselves that you did not mention my name, however, the words/phrases like 'you know who' or statements which implicitly/indirectly relate to me are seriously discomfort me.

Personally, I need to clarify a few of matters AGAIN. No.1: I do not work for LYG and definitely I am not paid by LYG. No.2: Forum members can leave a sarcastic comment (sindiran) as well I can reply the comment in the same way. No.3: I am here to share information and emoticons like other forum members (only problem is that I have done it too often).

I never think of sharing my personal feeling and information by attaching the forum member's comment could bring that much of troubles. As I mentioned before, I am active in this forum. I even view it every single day to update myself for the current issue in BTP. Is it wrong for me to frequently comment and sharing information? If you think it is annoyed, then as forum member treblecase mentioned you could choose to 'ignore' me.

Lastly, I hope that this is a real full-stop for personal/private issue. Again, thousands of apologies from me to LYG admin and every forum member.

I think LYG has explained it at Post #1574

"Except for garden heights phase 2, we will construct the cabling underground for other phases as we have managed to convince MPS, as a form of compromise by extending the warranty period and submitting a bank guarantee. Hence garden heights phase 3,4 & 5 will have underground cabling."

I only mentioned that LYG has commented GH Phase 3-5 'will' be underground cables and the statement which you quoted (as LYG replied to me is for Acacia Park) has my name in it. I am NOBODY (same as you, a concerned buyer). I kindly share information by quoting the previous post as my name is mentioned in your comment.

If you insist of LYG to answer your question in your way (to repeat the answer in a clearer way for Garden Height), then please feel free to do so. I do not want to further argue your way of comment. I NEVER represent any particular party in the forum. Forum is a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged. You do not expect only LYG to talk in the forum only. To all forum members and LYG admin,

I want to know more about BTP.
Currently, BTP has Streamyx broadband subscription, am I right or wrong? If it is true, is it the speed convenient to do daily basic performance such as e-banking and other online official transcription matters?
Second, BTP does not has Unifi subscription, right? If so, any planning for future implementation of Unifi or fibre optics subscription in BTP township? Perhaps an official information from LYG or advises from current BTP ottai's' will help.

1. Maksud saudara bahawa BTP tidak mempunyai telekomunikasi TELEKOM? Di BTP, kita tidak dapat menelefon keluar dan menerima panggilan masuk dengan telefon biasa? Atau hanya untuk syarikat2 telekomunikasi telefon bimbit tertentu sahaja seperti D*G*? Macamana dengan MAXIS, CELCOM dan yang lain?

3. Boleh saudara Putera Tasik Puteri kongsikan gambar2 jalan raya yang tidak rata dan banyak lubang untuk mencerahkan minda pihak ahli forum dan LYG?

4. Apa maksud Lanskap kawasan sekitar teruk? Setahu saya, kat Green Valley Park ok je lanskapnya (saya pandu lalu je yea, jangan tersinggung). Mungkin gambar-gambar daripada saudara boleh membantu.

5. Kalau tidak ada padang golf yang cantik, mustahil ada orang kuat politik dan ekonomi yang akan datang melabur atau membeli rumah di BTP untuk pembangunan di BTP secara bersama-sama kan?

Harap jangan tersinggung yea. Saya antara mereka yang mengharapkan perubahan-perubahan positif yang ketara untuk BTP pada masa akan datang.

To LYG,

I would like to have some updates on the issue regarding public transports in BTP.
Are there any public buses moving within/intra/in BTP, meaning from Block 1 to Block 12 and etc. If yes, then what is the duration of time? Every one hour or two hours? Any future planning in developing more convenient public transport services in BTP?
