Hi treblecase and to all who have posted on this subject,
As we have clarified numerous times on this matter, let us repeat once again that the Latar interchange will definitely be constructed and it is not a sales gimmick as some claimed. LYG have not only invested substantially but will be courting trouble if the interchange does not materialize as we have publicly announced the interchange will be constructed. We have said before that the relevant parties are resolving the land matter, and hopefully it will be resolved soon in the next few months. An announcement will be made once this is resolved.
*
Thank you & apologies for harping on this matter repeatedly. Me & I'm sure others here may be forgiven for stressing on the importance of this interchange. If I may speak on behalf of all concern buyers here, I think it's only fair that we give LYG the benefit of doubt for the time being. Let's move on to other subject while waiting for the matter to resolve. Thank you again LYG for your patience in answering our questions.

Hi PTP, for your information many of the apartments especially in GVP (strata title) with JMB formed have not paid their service fee for so many years until the amount owed to LYG has accumulated to $millions. If LYG ignored these apartments then you will find that rubbish will not be collected, lallangs and trees are not pruned, compound street lighting will not be repaired, and in areas where there is lifts, nobody will come to service etc. LYG has assisted the JMBs to pay many of these charges so that these areas will be clean and hygienic. By right LYG need not be involved once JMB is formed. Being a responsible developer LYG wants to see that GVP is kept clean with a healthy environment and all visitors to GVP will be impressed with this neighborhood.

Anyway we will continue to post and keep everyone informed of any progress achieved.
By the way PETRONAS service station is ready for opening tomorrow.
Please go and give your full support.

Hi treblecase, LYG certainly understands that the Latar interchange is of utmost importance to all. It is even more important to LYG as this will be the catalyst where we can plan for our future launches, where we still have more than 1,200 acres of undeveloped land. We will not stop until the interchange is fully completed, that is our commitment to all residents/investors. Further there is absolutely no reason for us to delay, as the sooner it is completed the more benefits LYG and the residents will enjoy, with the appreciation in property prices.

Dear n3utronic,
We have to wait patiently.

Dear Ms/Mdm. Do you mind to share with us the update of the defect repairing by LYG? Sorry if I have bothered you.

Hi Chuan See, rectification of defects, usually takes about a month. As for house renovation ideally, should wait until the defects have been repaired. For small renovation jobs such as built in cabinets etc where it is just loose items will not void the DLP, unless you start to hack the wall/floor where there is a possibility of damaging the pipes/electrical cabling.

Hi LYG,

Would like to know how can we get the detailed floor plan with measurement instead of the one in S&P? This is because we have to provide the kitchen measurement in order to get quotation for our kitchen cabinet. I've called to the admin before and she just asked me to refer back to the S&P, which is apparently lacking of this piece of information.

Hi all, just an update on the water leaking issue at my house as I thought some of the other owners might have faced similar issue. The contractor came to fix the defects in less than a month which surprised us. However, we see a slight different colour of floor tile being replaced, darker in colour as compared to the original one. Not a big issue for us but hoping that LYG shall be more careful in choosing the material. No longer seeing water marks at home but we think that the painting job wasn't done properly:

Hopefully there's no more defects found in the house and we can start the renovation work soonest sweat.gif

Hi Layhoon, what our sales staff commented is correct. Developers do not provide the detail building plan to buyers. For measurement of kitchen cabinet, the practice is to measure by tape the length and height of the area, and the cabinet supplier will provide you with the detail cabinet design plans for your approval. Normally the supplier will go and measure the area themselves as the measurement must be correct.  As for the different shades in colour of the tiles, for your information even if the tile code is correct you may not get the exact matching colour code, simply because the production of the tiles come in batches, and it is bound to have a slight variation during production for each batch. We will remind the contractor to ensure the painting job is well done. Point taken.

As we have informed earlier we are targeting all defects rectification to be completed within a month except serious defects like hacking of walls/floors which might take a little longer. For the defects mentioned by you will usually take about a month as it is considered a minor defect. Further we have also increased the defects rectification team to hasten the completion.

Just to confirm that the BTP Petronas Station finally commence their operation on 6 February 2015. thumbup.gif

Attached Image

From my observation, the station comes with 5 fuel tanks with 20 nozzles, Kedai Mesra & ATM. According to the staff, for now they try to operate on 24/7.

To LYG, perhaps you can response to my following queries:

1. Your response on the Dewan is referred, can you provide the target dateline for MPS to build the Dewan. It will be more meaningful rather than share the MPS intend.

2. How about BTP second secondary school? I had raised this before on 31 January 2015 but yet to get your response.

Many Thanks!
