However, I can roughly recall that GH Phase 5 is sold out for 60+% (I guess ah) while Acacia Park Phase 2B is around 10+ units...

QUOTE(Low Yat Group @ Dec 22 2014, 11:06 PM) Hi - Cesc, we take note of the defects mentioned. The kitchen sink location is according to the approved drawings. we will ensure that the location is correct. As to the leakage, and painting work, etc this will be attended soonest by our contractor. We are quite surprised by the defects mentioned and will relate this back to our QA/QC team to ensure that the defects mentioned must not be repeated. We take pride in the quality of our houses, and will call our project team and the contractors to find out why it happened. We will and we want to deliver a good quality home as promised to our buyers. Let us have your house number so that we will investigate why your unit has so many defects. For information we have already handed over more than 30% of the units and no major defects have been reported. Dear LYG, I have just collected my keys, number of defects is far less than expected which impressed us. However the kitchen sink location is noticed to be different from what being advertised in your brochure. Agreed with Cesc that this will be our main concern when it comes to hob installation. If everything is built accordingly to the so called approved floor plan, does it mean that we are actually looking at different floor plans? Attaching the floor plan just in case LYG needs any verification on this. Look forward to your feedback. Thanks.

Good question. Visit BTP weekly and never miss as to observe (Garden Height Phase 2) and get the idea on how to renovate the house in the future. It is very practical!!! And at the same time visit MS projects and see how do they upgrade the road near the entrance of BTP.

Hi - layhoon, we can confirmed that the location of the kitchen sink is facing the wall (either right or left depending on the unit) and not facing the window, as previously clarified. There could be a printing error in the brochure, will need to rectify this. This is also confirmed in the approved building plan. Based on previous feedbacks some purchasers want it facing the wall whilst others want it at the window. We expect most purchasers to install the kitchen cabinet and the location of the sink can be altered depending on the design.

Hi LYG; If there is in fact printing mistake in the brochure, shouldn't it be LYG's responsibility to rectify the brochure and in case the owner want to move the sink to face the window, LYG should bear the cost? We buyers make our decision based on all the information given to us by YOU - that from brochures, official websites, showunits, model house etc. Any mistakes (intentionally or not) in that would actually mislead the buyer. And how would future buyer be sure that there is no such mistake in representing the house being sold in the future?

Glad to hear that then...the BTP township before has gained a reputation 4 being ONLY strictly a residential town ( no petrol station, lack of commercial buildings such as shopping mall etc, access to highway is oso far n that is before LATAR came into the da picture lahhh) so....really hope dat LYG will seriously transform the BTP township as they promised.
