QUOTE(iamkid @ Oct 17 2014, 02:30 AM) Their ads mentioned perimeter fenced with cctv and also guard house for Acacia Park. Too bad to see this thread so quiet, so I just want to tell all of you that there is a thread created by LowYat Group for BTP. LYG is also replying the inquiries on that thread too. QUOTE(temp2escape @ May 28 2015, 10:34 AM) yes it does. I just purchased 1 unit over there. basically there are 2 ways.. if the old way, u will take to exit at rawang PLUS toll and from there another 25 mins to the housing area. another way, which the developer is half way constructing, is a exit directly to LATAR & then to GUTHRIE highway.. honestly compare to staying at KL / PJ & going through the trafiic combo, may as well just live further but less jam hassle, IMHO. |

Hi, my opinion is that not worth it if one works around PJ or even KL!basically there are 2 ways.. if the old way, u will take to exit at rawang PLUS toll and from there another 25 mins to the housing area. another way, which the developer is half way constructing, is a exit directly to LATAR & then to GUTHRIE highway.. honestly compare to staying at KL / PJ & going through the trafiic combo, may as well just live further but less jam hassle, IMHO. Imagime the distance is min abt 40KM one way, that will be 80KM a day, Just imagine petrol naik by 5 cents, matilah ! Lagi belum calculate toll etc, wear & tear on on car (will be faster !) QUOTE(pinkdm @ Sep 29 2017, 02:25 PM) Hi, my opinion is that not worth it if one works around PJ or even KL! stay in condo in KL and go work in PJ seems shorter distance but same travelling time as from rawang to PJ... same applies to staying in KL address and going to KL CBD to work during peak hours... in fact... petrol wasted more on idle timing than use it efficiently on moving the car... lol.... last time i stay cheras go PJ need 45 mins.... from cheras go KL CBD also +- 40 mins everyday....Imagime the distance is min abt 40KM one way, that will be 80KM a day, Just imagine petrol naik by 5 cents, matilah !
