I ibg from maybank2u to citibank watami on 28 before 12pm but until now it does not appear in unbilled transaction when I check online. Is this normal?

anyone face before balance transfer rejected even though available balance is more than enough (balance transfer amount less than 80% of available balance) ? mine rejected no reason given |
