Received a call from aeon credit today asking me whther I've received mysept statement. I was like huh? it's not even september yet. then the CS told me my minium payment and reminded me regarding the statement date. Very weird but kind good service. She even asked me how am I goin to pay my aeon credit card bill, when I said online she asked which bank. Should I be concerned?

Nope only told that i'll be paying through maybank2u.

Called Aeon credit and they confirmed that it's their ppl calling me as a reminder. Weird, first time I'm encountering such issue.

Made payment for my watami card yesterday thru citibank as usual, but this time using the M2u iphone app, today luckily I checked my account, the transaction didn't go thru, and my account was creditted back with that amount I paid. On the phone now with maybank CS wondering what went wrong. Anybody faced this before? Last month I managed to pay thru citibank successfully.

I tried numerous times with the iOS M2U app but can't go through. Call their CS but they told me they need time to check & will get back to me. Paid using the normal M2U page in the end as statement date is 2/12

I only called Maybank but not Aeon. CS mentioned that there was no details regarding the rejection, suggested me to check with Aeon/Citibank instead. So I guess like what ronnie suggeted, Maybank probably want us to use the bill payment option instead.

Most of them keep promoting the other Aeon credit card instead, no idea why. I had to keep insisting that I want the watami card when I applied few months ago.

Received a call from aeon yday enquiring whether I performed a USD transaction at a company called Eurosport. Denied and while on the phone, got the transaction sms. CR immediately blocked my card and a new card will be reissued. Subsequently after that got about 12 more smses of different online transactions but all failed, amounting to almost 2.6k USD.

Still getting the smses as of now, luckily all stating that transaction has failed.
