stupid aeon held my application because of the epf statement not clearly printed. have to go over to the kiosk to reprint as i am not comfortable to send a copy of it to the promoter

aeon is the worst credit card company i have dealt with.

applied for it before cny at aeon booth
get called that epf statement and ic not clear
went back to the booth to re-print
get called to verify my personal details
get another call that they not able to reach my company hr and asked me to send a copy of company confirmation letter
told them it's confidential and asked them to try call my company again but they seems reluctant with it.
now i am not sure if they will call them again or just put it as rejected.

can i enter any lounge in klia2 or just few only?

so there are 3 lounges but which is the best? will be there in early morning so i decided to have a breakfast in the lounge while waiting for the flight.
