I've submitted application on 4th of May.. until now when I called to check my application status through the customer care phone number, it says my information is not in the system- may I know how long does it usually take for the application to actually go into the system?

Does the points only applicable to Aeon stores' merchandises?
Let's say if I want to buy an electrical item outside, say RM 1,000, if I use the Aeon card, means zero points? or 1,000 points? |
