Anybody experiencing problem logging into AEON Online? The system keeps on saying "Please log out before logging into application" when I attempted to log in.

I normally reload Umobile through Aeon Online. Reload amount is normally credited into my account within 5mins. Btw, the merchant name that appears on my card statement is Mobilityone.

If i'm not mistaken, IBG charge across all banks has been standardised at RM0.10. The RM1 that you referred to is likely for "Bill Payment" and not IBG.

What i meant was transfer RM1.00 through IBG and see whether it works... Yes transaction cost is RM0.10 only.

I selected Credit Card Payment when doing HLB IBG to Aeon Watami and it worked too.

It's strange that my IBG transfer from HLB to pay for AEON Gold is taking longer than expected to be reflected in Unbilled Transactions. Transferred on Mon afternoon and till now it's still not there. My similar transfer to pay for AEON Watami was faster... hmm.gif

Now it's reflected in my Unbilled. The transaction date is 1 day later than my actual date.

Hi guys, just a question on AEON Watami:

I spent about rm70 @ watami restaurant during my birthday month recently. As i've not received my RM50 Dining Rebate before, i should receive it in my next statement. Will AEON credit the RM30 birthday rebate directly to my statement even though RM70 - RM50 (Dining Rebate) = RM20 and short off RM30?

Will I see 2 straightforward transactions (i) RM50 Dining Rebate (ii) RM30 Birthday Rebate?

I think there is no expiry date for this. I remember a fellow forummer has confirmed on this before. My card was approved in Dec 2013 and only in this month that i visited Watami for the first time. I can confirm again when the Nov statement is out.

I think it's because I've never pumped petrol with AEON cards (i don't own a car anyway), that's why they are enticing me to pump more with their cards.

I ask my girlfriend (supp card holder) to utilize it by helping her family pump petrol. They can pay me back the amount less 10%.
