Hi.. for aeon watami credit card, how is the aeon points being earn? do I need to apply separately for aeon member card and then ask them to tie it together?

Dear all how you guys pay the aeon watami credit card. I read somewhere that doing a ibg to citibank but with my 16 digit card number.
