this card look good but the issue is how to make payment to AEON Credit Service easily...

today cs confirmed the application went missing. need to resubmit again

my recent bt experience (in brief) with aeon...

aeon cs: sir, your cl balance is not enough to do a bt for 12k, you need to clear up at least 13k of your outstanding balance in order to do that.
me: ok, i will pay 13k in a while later.
aeon cs: sir, if you have 13k with you, why not you just pay off your other cc 12k with the money?
me: no other reasons, i'm just giving you some job to do so that you will not be jobless. thank me later.

*after few hours later i received sms stating that my bt is successful.

oops, i also single minded mah...

if mbb2amex really full already and you don't have other cc with petrol cb, always remember to go pump at caltex for 3% with mbb2mc instead of 5x tp (equivalent 2%) with mbb2amex.

Received a call from aeon credit today asking me whther I've received mysept statement. I was like huh? it's not even september yet. then the CS told me my minium payment and reminded me regarding the statement date. Very weird but kind good service. She even asked me how am I goin to pay my aeon credit card bill, when I said online she asked which bank. Should I be concerned?

Submitted my application on 17th and nobody called or anything. Decided to give CS a call last night and no record of my submission. She promised to call me back again after her checking with MV branch, as expected an empty promise.

I called again just now and still said no record and I demanded to receive an update tomorrow or else don't bother to process my application as I'm no longer interested.

I applied HSBC on the same day and it is already approved, now waiting for the card to arrive.

Sames excuse, the different is I submitted to HQ and HQ said there is no record for my application

i meant i did not receive the SMS, still qualify?

do you guys get the cash back from last month 30th July petrol rebate day ?
until now i never see i get the cash back from aeon yet.

The supervisor really did close follow-ups to close my case. He made several calls yesterday to update me the status. So, apparently my application form was locked in the drawer in MV branch.

They have brought my application form to HQ today and now they are in the midst of doing the necessary. Somebody will call me for verification later and let's see if it will be approved. I shouldn't foresee much issue as I fulfill its requirements. I told them, if I don't get it by next week, they can stop the process as I'm no longer interested.

Looking at the gold colour card, I'm not that interested but well for PPL sake.

about the government tax that has charged to my new card, anyidea on how to waive it?
if waiver is not possible, can i utilize the card points to claim the government tax charges ?

AEON was offering 5% CB at all Petrol Station in conjunction with Hari Raya.

So I pumped using AEON instead of my other CC but when my Aug Statement came, the 5% Petrol Rebate was not there.

Called up CS last week and said they will check and call me back but of course, no one called me back.

Anyone in same situation?  Lets hope CB will be in next Statement cos when I pump on Last Sunday, it appears in same month.

My card is approved and they promised to send to me by this Friday as I'll be travelling next week.

Yes, damn good service! I was so angry earlier but seeing how he tried to fix my case has calmed me down.

i aware of this promo as i did posted the promo here on 11/8.
actually i planned to buy the tai thong mooncakes too but in the end i bought overseas mooncakes at aeon big with 30%+10%. 
i think you need to inform the cashier about the promo before paying.
