Anybody experiencing problem logging into AEON Online? The system keeps on saying "Please log out before logging into application" when I attempted to log in.

Happen usual when the e-statement not ready, and the webpage left hanged without proper logout. If duwan to call cs, 1.) you may wait for 5~10 minutes & try relogin again. Worked for me. 2.) Else, u may try click the "Compatibility View" on Explorer browser when webpage hanged..& the system will logout & you can login again instantly..  Solved. Hi peeps,
I am suppose to receive the RM30 voucher for birthday month rebate but have not receive the voucher to date. I check with the cs at the counter, he even showed me the computer screen that I need to charge the amount to my watami cc first, then only they will credit it on my next statement. Is this their new practice now?

Reload amount is normally credited into my account within 5mins. Btw, the merchant name that appears on my card statement is Mobilityone.
