Mine also similar and there is no reduction in my total point as shown in the statement.

Whatever they give extra dun call them for explanation, bcos most of the time they need to take a day to check with marketing Dept. If they found wrongly credited, they will withdraw the credit, I faced this kind of scenario before. Only call when u 90% believe they have missed the rebate that u supposed to have

At 1 Utama Watami, if you use WATAMI CC, they will use AEON CC Terminal, else it's Ambank CC Terminal

How do I know when is my quarter for my Watami counted from? I saw there is a date on my statement is it based on that? However it is stated the annual date.

So if that one is stated 1st Jan 2016. Does that mean my quarter is counted from 1st Jan 2015-31st March 2015?

Looks like dining at Watami does not entitle for the 3% rebate but its ok cos it a free meal worth rm128.
