Looks like Aeon cards are gaining popularity nowadays. The "people's card" haha?

Got my card and it was delivered to my office via Citylink.

I'm too busy now, later will activate it and figure out how to register an account online.

I've just register aeon online service yesterday. Just fill in cc number and set a password, then receive the TAC for verification and done. Simply and easy.

AEON Gold can pay via IBG to Citibank and put the CC number

if i pay via citibank online banking, would that consider instant ? since its internal

just renew my aeon member card just now. need clarification:

1) how to get the rebate for aeon member card annual fee in our aeon credit card?

2) i understood the point collected from aeon credit card transaction will be automatically transferred to aeon member card each 25th calendar day. did this applicable for watami card too?

Have called Mr Lam and ask him to assist my appeal to the declined application. The result show he can't do much on the credit assessment. I really dun knw what is the creteria for AEON risk assessment. AND personally I think it is unfair to the customer without knowing the reason. Smtime it due to internal problem but consequently affect our application been rejected.

From what i have read, it is the same from other banks too, they will not reveal the reason. What you can do is to send an appeal and that's it. Customer service department is just to receive it and send to the relevant department, no power to influence.

was informed that a parcel has arrived to my house this morning, will check it out later. if it is the new CC, means it takes exactly 2 weeks from submission to delivery, a great improvement.
