SOme confusion over the credit card payment. Preferably payment over the internet instead of walking over to Aeon with cash/cheque.
What is the best way to pay my credit card bills, as I can't see Aeon Credit Service in GIRO transaction. By Bill payment method, only few banks register Aeon Credit Service and what are the charges? HLB cancel Aeon payment starting 1st April 15.
The chart on first page seems confusing, the same as the one in Aeon website.

Hi all, wan to ask something about AEON credit card here:

I just got my AEON VISA Credit Card 2 weeks ago, is it I will be getting RM 50 cash back next month if I swipe RM 50 this month? (according to what my agent told me last time when I apply).

And also how much was the annual fee for this card, possible to waive it?

Is there a written ongoing promotion for the RM50 promotion? Don't just trust what the agent said.

The fee is written in AEON's website. And yes, it's possible to waive it with a call.

Tried to find the promotion from AEON website but not able to, will call my agent to follow up.

Very frustrated on how AEON Credit service calculated on the 1st day of each quarter Watami card cash rebate. From my understand and some example provided in this forum, if my anniversary approval date was 12 Mar 2014, isn't that 1st Q shld be 12th Mar - 11 Jun, 2nd Q 12 Jun - 11 Sep, 3rdQ 12 Sep - 11 Dec, 4th Q 12 Dec 2014 - 11 Mar 2015? I don't know why the customer service said my 1st Q was start from 14th Jun - 13 Sep. If I follow what customer service told me then is impossible my next cycle will fall back to 12th Mar 2015 as indicated in the Watami Card T&C "The first day of the 3% Quarterly Cash Rebate follows the date of the approval of the Principal Cardholder and it cannot be changed."

Due above wrong calculation, I got less rebate on my 4th Quarter. I have called them four times to follow up and they still can't make it clear!

Did you calculate your Quarterly 3% rebate based on Posting Date or Transaction Date ?

  I downloaded my latest statement and found out that my 3% Quarterly Rebate is not RM150, instead it was RM105.46. I double check with my recorded excel file and I think I should get RM150. I called up customer service of AEON. He told me the quarter involved is from 22/12/14 - 22/3/15, I quickly replied him "Why in the statement always show: my card anniversary month : Principal - 17 SEPTEMBER 2015, my quarter involved should be 17/12/14 - 16/3/15. Then he told me my quarters since my card is approved 17 September 2013:

17/9/13 - 17/12/13
18/12/13 - 18/3/14
19/3/14 - 19/6/14
20/6/14 - 20/9/14
21/9/14 - 21/12/14
22/12/14 - 22/3/15
23/3/15 - 23/6/15

Conclusion: Every quarter, the quarter involved will move 1 day forward.

Can anybody call CS to check on this and post here?

Anyway, I am still thankful to Aeon for having this Watami card because I enjoy all the benefits of this card like 0% balance transfer, 3% quarterly rebate, dining rebate, birthday...etc. Hope it will keep it up and not reducing the benefit.

I have call CS again to complain and show them the terms and condition yesterday to ask for the loss of cash back RM44.54. Today CS call me saying my calculation is correct and they are going to give me the rebate in next statement. They also said they will adjust the system so that every quarter cycle we do not need to adjust 1 day. Lets see how. Thanks all for discussion.

I calculated based on posting date. I received the call from CS that they calculate the 1st day of each quarter rebates as below:
For example my card approval anniversary date was 12 Mar 2014 then
1st Q is from 12 Mar 2014 - 12 Jun 2014
2nd Q is from 13th Jun - 13th Sep 2014
3rd Q is from 14th Sep - 14th Dec 2014
4th Q is from 15th Dec - 15th Mar 2015
1st Q is from 16th Mar 2015 - 16th Jun 2015
2nd Q is from 17th Jun - 17 Sep 2015

In short it will add 1 day to the first day of each quarter. So is totally against the Watami T&C stated "The first day of the 3% Quarterly Cash Rebate follows the date of the approval of the Principal Cardholder and it cannot be changed."

The CS said he will reflect my feedback to their management while in the meantime I have to stick to their existing calculation of the quarter rebate period
