Log in to portal and found 2 things:

- received RM50 under description payment adjust...i like these free money but don't know what they are for laugh.gif

- my CL has been increased...maybe coz of my application for the new card. If the card is approved, will be appear at the portal automatically?

ok my application has been approved few days back. anyone know whether it will be linked automatically to the online portal?

according to CS, it will only appear at the online portal after the card is activated biggrin.gif

From what i have read, it is the same from other banks too, they will not reveal the reason. What you can do is to send an appeal and that's it. Customer service department is just to receive it and send to the relevant department, no power to influence.

was informed that a parcel has arrived to my house this morning, will check it out later. if it is the new CC, means it takes exactly 2 weeks from submission to delivery, a great improvement.

If I made a purchase and paid by installment of 0% interest for 36 months (given by the merchant, not by Aeon), will I get the 3% every quarter? Anyone with the same scenario before?

Call up CS to request for GST offset. The offer that i received, swipe min RM50 in a single receipt to get back RM74.

ya i know..but i already have the aeon member card previously so maybe consider that as reimbursement when i paid for it long time ago biggrin.gif the member card is even embossed on the CC..i wonder whether it has any purpose

when i paid at the cashier, i gave both my old aeon member card and my aeon credit card..same number..means i get double points? hmm.gif drool.gif
