why my public bank show service charge rm1 when i do bill payment to aeon credit service?

by the way, i checked my account summary. my account type is saving. is it mean my account type not basic saving account?

The display on PBe is Savings even though it's Basic Savings Account

Made a purchase today but did not receive the 20% discount for tai thong mooncake. No one is aware of this promotion.

i aware of this promo as i did posted the promo here on 11/8.
actually i planned to buy the tai thong mooncakes too but in the end i bought overseas mooncakes at aeon big with 30%+10%.

i think you need to inform the cashier about the promo before paying.

my maybank bill payment to aeon, charge rm1 for service charge.

the cdm doesn't accept rm1 new note and i don't have rm1 old note. so i deposited rm10 instead as per your confirmation earlier.
