Generation gap, no point argue, many big bosses here are local self made, unlike u who work high post corporate level, their like simply too different from us

Many sellers no takers? We only know Garden Residence link house asking RM 1+ M vs 2012 RM 800k+

For sharing. Fren bot a subsale fac half an acre land BU 10ksf 2.2m. Spa signed last yr July. Tenanted 10k in March tis yr. A buyer threw in 300k cheque wanna buy with spa 2.7m, nett selling price 3m. Tenant countered at 3.5m.

Now stil in nego state with tenant to sell at 3.5m but 4yrs later cos wanna avoid rpgt. At the same time fren asked for 4yrs rental pay upfront 2 payments. Eg. Now one shot 24mths n then another 24mth later. If tenant agreed then they ll sign mou for the 3.5m. I reckon not a bad deal eventhou prop might go up to 4m or 4.5m.

So the upfront rental payment can ease the bank interest oso make the final deal at bout 4m.
