Actually boss both areas oso not bad. Just came back fr cj. Pretty impressive compare to my last visit early tis yr during cny. Happy to c the crowd on Sat around the area I vested.
Fr far can stil c large pc of empty land which to me means there 'll hav more n more development in the next 20 yrs.
As for satay town of cos not a big prob since its oledi there for long. But to compare project vs project 'll nvr giv any1 a definite answer. On the other hand, to compare the town vs town is more appropriate if the house is meant for own stay for long run.
To say cj is quiet n ghost town means somebody hasn't been to cj for long. Maybe longer than my 7 mths.
Anyhow, u r rite TS gonna b there to judge it rather than Onli listen to opinions here.
One thg need to take note. Regardless of how high end an area, if it's an immediate neighbourhood to ind, buyers should think twice.
