i think my freeze n windmill still can do but other step are all gone... cry.gif
really miss doing combo such a flare to windmill, flare to freeze, flare to hand stand.... cry.gif
try to do flare again but couldn't any more...uhuhu cry.gif

anyways, wanna ask here do anyone here ever attempt a battle??
how the feel??

anyone know airtrack??

an advice for who wanna start b-boying:
-buy a bandage which u can find it at any pharmacies, they got in many color.pick one that suit u. this bandage used to strap at your wrist. normally the bandage is quite long so cut it into 2 so u can use for right and left wrist. if u dont wrap the bandage u might feel pain as u do alot of freze and hand stand steep. wrap this bandage not to tight n not to loose. this only gonna help your wrist when you put your weight on...

-dont do the head spin without anyone around u or u end up in hell shakehead.gif ...used atleast snow cap and if got extra money buy the skating helmet for this head spin practice.

-practice with an appropriate cloth on,wear track suit unless you are pro. if u kinda showing off by wearing jeans and so on,this stuff actually put weight and kinda hard to do any move. IMO wearing jeans doing windmill really put a weight on the spin.

-if you wanna practice windmill, wear a long sleeve shirt. make sure your freeze is perfect. download some of the video and try pause the video to see how to spin and placing your arm.

-lastly, dont be rude when u got some move. coz i see alot of b-boying act like this. really hate them. teach your fren. let share anything u can, people will respect u tho...

dont affraid about the pain coz u will learn from it...
gud luck guy icon_rolleyes.gif
