For me,if i'm already decided to really commit myself to the company and work hard for it.I'll do everything.Devote myself,work hard and smart.Otherwise there's no point if u perform really well for a company ure going to leave.
I'm not implying that u don't have to work responsibly for it.I'm the person who take up the job,before leaving u have to settle everyhing first,not leaving a single sh!t behind.
