there're 2 books by Pema Chodron i guess would greatly help:-

# Comfortable with Uncertainty: 108 Teachings on Cultivating Fearlessness and Compassion

> internet pdf ebook
http://ebook.stepor.com/book/comfortable-w...-81721-pdf.html

# When Things Fall Apart: Heart Advice for Difficult Times

> internet pdf ebook
http://ebook.stepor.com/book/when-things-f...-81052-pdf.html

if the hardcopy books preferred, then may try look up at local bookstores or from online bookstores.

You can order a specific title that's not in store at Kinokuniya. I've done that before for a gift for my friend wink.gif

You mean "grieving". Grief. To grieve.

There's a helpguide.org page about coping with grief:

http://www.helpguide.org/mental/grief_loss.htm

Just FYI:
"Griefing" is an internet gaming slang for deliberately harassing other players (eg, killing a player repeatedly or preventing the player from completing a gaming objective).
