Hi,
Looking to make a tv cabinet about 6-8 ft in length and also a wardrobe for my condo. Could you PM me your quotations and maybe some ideas? Looking for something simple and modern, maybe Scandinavian inspired furniture especially for there living room. Or some combination of metal and wood Thanks! need some ideas for shelf/rack...
nowadays, condo comes with adjoining dining+living area. from main door entrance, you will see through till balcony. now jackpot question is this: how/where do you put your traditional chinese praying altar/cabinet? i'm thinking to get a shelf/rack separator, then put the altar cabinet back-to-back, facing the main door (dont think there's other ways since altar must face the main entrance, right?). |

I'm looking for a divider between living room and dining room which also act as tv cabinet at the same time. It should be around 9ft wide. I'm not sure it should be full height or 6/7 feet height. The max height now is around 9.5ft

Im looking for single level only, noneed the small staircase. The size is about 1800 (L) x 2580 (W) x 8" (H) c/w drawers. Only drawer side is visible from outside, another 3 sides are wall.

i am looking for a shelf and a desk for my study and computer area. it is 7ft X 10ft area. I am actually thinking of having both the 10ft wall to have my desk and shelf place.
is there any design to share for me as specially for solid wood furniture design. |

I am looking to put divider shelf between entrance door and living room for a small apartment which the shelf can be easily moved if need be, so that means not permanently fixed up to ceiling height. The width of the shelf will be the same width as a standard front door so that it can block outside view when neighbours walk past.

HI,
End of this year, I am getting married and I am planning to do some slight make over / touch up of my parents house (which i am currently residing also). Its not the biggest contract and i am struggling to find suitable (interior designer + contractor) for this mini project. The things i would like to do for my house - Replacing the curtains - Replacing the house pots - Painting the sides of the house - Painting two of the rooms - Repair and replace some of the bathroom items (some handyman involved) - Make over my room (smart space concept) All above is inclusive of providing ideas, purchasing and managing the contractors Kindly do PM me Thank you. |

a good designer is like a good soldier training to prepare for the warzone. because if he doesn't prepare himself properly, his life will be in danger when war comes.
so if u don't pay your designer properly, chances are he will not design properly for u as he is unsure if u r giving him the renovation job or not. if he wasn't sure, what for he want to do the design thoroughly so that the people take over the job easier ?? the other possibility is u confirm give him the renovation job so that he can confirm there is future earning for investment made now. |

job scope by profession
1. designer - produce design drawings 2. metal fabricator - produce steel product 3. carpenter - produce carpentry product 4. tiler - lay tile 5. aluminium window installer - produce aluminium window product 6. plaster ceiling installer - produce plaster ceiling 7. painter - do painting so if someone expect free drawing from designer (item no 1) . means they are expecting free service from item 2 onwards? |
