think again. y designer wanna give u free design? they wanna make u happy? then y they choose u instead of thousand ppl out there?

ppl rather spend more time with their family then give u free design so that u r happy and hopefully u can buy them a drink?

a good designer is like a good soldier training to prepare for the warzone. because if he doesn't prepare himself properly, his life will be in danger when war comes.

so if u don't pay your designer properly, chances are he will not design properly for u as he is unsure if u r giving him the renovation job or not. if he wasn't sure, what for he want to do the design thoroughly so that the people take over the job easier ?? the other possibility is u confirm give him the renovation job so that he can confirm there is future earning for investment made now.
