In regards to your question, sentinel is not as broken as before but still concede silly goal sometimes. But comparing a 5* Madanda and 5* Neuer, I'll choose Neuer hands down. If the difference is only 1 or 2 cost, I'll suggest to go for the keeper with only SOI but now it's 7 cost difference.

I never liked raffle also, never got anything useful previously. Only this raffle i got a huge upgrade in my defence. I got EUS Godin, EUS Neuer and just now EUS De Gea. On quite a streak recently, as I was very unlucky in my first 6 months playing this game.
