What's the difference between dw-5600bb-1jf and dw-5600bb-1er? Is it one for Japanese market and another for European market? No difference in terms of design, right?

Anyone tried changing batteries for theor gshock themselves? Should be very straightforward as in unscrew the cover, change the batt and then screw back the cover, right?
