QUOTE(jonny4 @ Feb 24 2015, 10:58 PM) My 2nd G Shock How much u bought bro? The model number? ![]() bought it earlier from G Factory Nu Sentral. Not as small as i thought it would be. Fits my wrist pretty well. Serves its function as a small discreet G shock. Only thing I don't like is the 1.5 seconds EL. Would have preferred If I could choose between 1.5 and 3 seconds. BTW, G Factory Nu Sentral is the place to go if u looking to browse G Shocks. Many models available there and they seem to keep a few in stock too. the SA working there is really friendly n helpful too. Just got a gx56 recently and planning to get a little bro for him xD |

QUOTE(jonny4 @ Feb 25 2015, 11:02 AM) Paid RM359 for it. could have gotten it cheaper online or maybe at Sg Wang but the moment i put it on my wrist i thought to myself "Screw cheaper prices. i want this watch now !" Okay! I think I saw it at some watch shop for 3xx too for ur model. its a G5600E, module no 3160. if u going to get one make sure u check d module no 1st on the back case. the older G5600E had a different module that had some issues. how much u paid for the GX56 ? where u bought it from ? For the Gx 56 I really spent damn a lot of effort but couldn't get one. Who knows somehow my secrectly finding it also without me knowing it and at last she managed to get one for me |

QUOTE(alternativehype @ Mar 12 2015, 02:42 PM) Yea the classic all the way! I myself using this model for gym! Don't underestimate the classic as it has some of the "features" that even the top range models doesn't have xD First one is the size. I have 3 g shock (dw6900, GA110RG and GX-56 aka the king) and this is the right size for gym as when u do push up or bench press it wouldn't block Ur wrist from bending back. The next plus side is U can see the time while you r in the stop watch mode, which is what U wouldn't get from most of the model (include those high end version). The fonts size also bigger than 6900 while the overall footprint is smaller. The downside? Casio stated is has 2 years of battery life but from most of the people it can last at least 5 years. How can Casio lie to us? >:( This post has been edited by JohnnyLim93: Mar 14 2015, 06:32 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Mar 15 2015, 05:41 PM) sounds like u wear the watch quite tight? Haha Ya but the difference here is the price is at least one or 2 even 4 times more for the rangeman compared to dw5600. But I really like rangeman thou they really looks nice and will get one one day! i use rangeman for gym and got no issues. my rangeman, mudman 9300 and 9000 all also shows time with the stopwatch...same with my protreks. i think casio batt life is worse case scenario for those ppl who like to use the backlight alot. Yes for gym or swimming need to wear a bit tight if not it will jiggle here and there, like when u do push up it will drop down which quite annoys me. |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Mar 16 2015, 11:07 AM) haha sounds like u got one of those dreaded in-between sizes wrist. Haha! Not on my dw5600 but yea that really happened when I'm on my G shock king Gx 56! Hope much i hope there is an extra notch between ><one notch too tight, one notch too loose. mine was like that, so i went and gained abit of weight and now its perfect |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Mar 16 2015, 10:48 PM) maybe the gx-56 notches are further apart? Yup! I compared it to the GA110 and 5600 each notch are slightly further apart o.o Guess i got no choice but to go and gain a bit more weight so that it could fit me nicer :/my rangeman and mudmans they all look same distance apart. |
