btw just dropped by marco today, and has reinforced my belief that whoever replies to the emails are useless.

managed to order the gsteel resin band for rm51 and the black steel bezel for rm138.
eta as usual 3-4 months.

i was wearing it, so there would be no confusion as to what exactly i wanted.

ya i decided to just drop by after realising that its only 10+ km away from my house
the funny thing is the resin bezel cannot order by itself, they say it comes in a whole set with crystal and middle layer.
thats why i decided to just order the black steel bezel.

no idea resin construction, i also thought same.

i think the black steel bezel from looks alone should go better compared to the all black one.
cos after seeing in real life, the black bezel is actually quite shiny / thin pvd coating only with lots of stainless steel still showing thru...actually looks more grey.
so kinda contrasts too much with the all black models cos those are quite solid black.

well all the black SS bezels are the same, even the gsteel 210 also same.
actually i think i also should have ordered the 4x black bezel screws...but so far the normal screws seem to look ok on it.

manual is country specific la...if not is the thick multi language one.
eg. mudmaster made in japan, available here, but got the multi language manual.
but i think newer mudmasters now made in thailand... so better grab japan one if u like...
too bad its too big for me.

afaik international warranty only applies if u bought from authorized dealer.
like marco sets here also got international warranty.

later they deny warranty claim then gg.

but marco is bs, say register timepiece on website can get 10% off on parts... but i didnt get... they claim just no charge on labor fee to change parts.

ya labor rm10.
last i register was last yr or so, i recall got 10% discount.
maybe now they change policy.

gfactory posted on their fb earlier today that its available, maybe just restocked...

i decided to try jjy simulator to sync 3 pieces.


took about 3 mins to sync...i definitely wont use it all the time...only maybe like 1 or 2 times a yr when i get lazy to sync properly the timing.

its all folded middle links with stamped clasp, but u can't tell its folded from the outside.
so its cheap construction but doesn't feel that cheap.
for me, the bracelet is sturdy enough that it won't feel like its going to to break.

the previous kings except for the normal black / red iirc were placed under special colors... so usually get discontinued...but in the case of the king somehow got discontinued quite fast making them quite limited hence more demand.
the black / red was always in production... but due to becoming jdm made it slightly more expensive... not necessarily collectible.
the basic black i think is a regular color scheme now? even if under special colors kinda pointless as seems nowadays they are usually in production for a yr or 3yrs or 4yrs
