Hi kenji,
Changing battery on g-shock is easy. You can refer youtube for some good excellent tutorial.
Example for your GD-350 series. It using CR2032 lithium battery, which can find any 7 eleven kiosk or petrol stattions.
You have to prepare some as below:
a) watch repair tools such as Philips head precision screw,
b) a hand blower to blow dust from watch back case,
c) a small paste of white clear grease to lube your rubber gasket after changing the battery.
d) a sharp tiny tweezers (stainless steel & plastic)
To change you watch battery here is the simple step. (Example: For your GD-350)
a) Use philips #1 precision screw driver to removed your watch back 'wings'
b) After that you can remove the four machine screw from the watch case.
c) Please kept all screw in one place prevent on of them is missing during the process.
d) Using your plastic tweezers to removed your watch back cover.
e) After that you can see a rubber pad and plastic circular ring on your watch module. Remove them carefully and kept it in safe place.
d) Now you can see your watch battery. (Please do not lost the tiny spring for the watch, as it works as beep beep sound of your watch.
e) Find your watch battery clip location and use the sharp edge stainless steel tweezer tip to unlock the clip. (Don't use to much force on it, just un-clip it and your battery will pop up.
f) Now use your plastic tweezers to removed the old battery and replaced the fresh one.
g) After that, re-clip battery holder to it place. Use your sharp tip tweezers until you hear a 'click' sound.
h) Now you need jump start your watch module memory by performing an AC = All Clear reset procedure.
i) Find a word 'AC' and a brass contact point on module. Normally is nearby the battery holder.
j) Now use your stainless sharp tip tweezers one tip to the AC brass contact hole and other tip to your batter (+) mark up to 2 to 3 seconds. Lift up your watch (do not flip) to see whether your watch is showing 12:00 a.m, 1st January.
k) If o.k you are done. Just re-install back your rubber pad, plastic ring (please install back according to it's original state). Check your gasket rubber or o ring. If dry, you may lube it with grease. Once done, your may put back watch case. Screw back your watch case using the four screws by axis way or x way to make your watch gasket seated on even pressure to maintain water proof. Do not over tighten the screw as it can destroy the screw thread on the watch.
l) Finally, you can re-fit back your watch 'wings' and you are done.
