I recently bought some Eucerin skin care products. A white therapy gel cleanser and a dermo purifyer serum. When I apply the cleanser on my skin, I can feel my face burning. It became red and slightly painful. By the way, it was just the parts with large pores, not the whole face. Is my skin too thin? Or the products do not suit my skin? Or my skin hasn't gotten used to the product?

does the cleanser have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide? Those are two ingredients that are used to fight acne, and can cause burning.
Otherwise, it may be a skin reaction to the product. I personally wouldn't continue to use it, because it shouldn't be making your pores burn.

I think you should stop using the products. Using natural products is good for you, for example Fancl, some Japanese and Korean products like Shiseido and Shu Uemura. They are more natural and mild to sensitive skin. As I know these products can be bought online with a cheaper price, such as Sasa and Cosmego. Hope that it can help you
